LOL, speaking of a MoveMent, I will be doing just that next month.................we put our house on the market on Friday, sign went up Saturday, first couple looked at it Monday morning and bought it at our asking price!! (v) (v) (v) Then, the sellers of the new place agreed to give us a $5000.00 check at closing to help replace the roof AFTER we negotiated down from $161,900.00 to $153,000.00. ..] ..] O>> O>> ..] ..]
