Alright I’m back, these are some pictures of the falcon from earlier in the month found a few more spots Where the metal needs replacement almos
ready to prep for primer. Went to the Mecum auction Kissimee and the Rolex 24 at Daytona great victory for our ford mustangs!

Alright! Update on the Falcon! Got the parts back from the chemical strip guy in Wachula they look as good as I thought they would trunk lid has a few rust holes and driver door must have been backed into a garage while it was open sprayed primer so we can start blocking the car and fixing what needs to be fixed! The hood did get a little beat up in transit but that’s part of it I guess :roll:

Coming along.
Fitzee in Nova Scotia Cannada, has a YouTube channel that I found very informative. He showed me a technique that even being in the body repair business for over 50yrs I had not seen. It helped me with the Triumph repair. Give it a look if you have a bit of time. He makes rust repair panels without using a lot of high buck tools...Just a welder, cutoff wheel, sheet metal and hammers for the most part.
