True enough Ken. Was just minding my own business shifting gears, then it went pop as I depressed the clutch and the pedal went soft...couldn't shift after that.

Oh the humanity...or is that humility... :roll: The 84-88 vintage slave cylinder would appear to be the most likely culprit for sure, but should be a relatively simple and inexpensive fix. That's good to know. I've been using Tachyon Automotive in Bayard off of Phillips, but that is nowhere near a spotless shop...a pigsty actually. Thx
