Re: Ceramic coating

Tom, not being very fluent in Ford engines and associated PNs, what header gaskets should I be on the lookout for?

Ford installation pdf says E3TZ-9448-A Exhaust Manifold Gasket – available at your Ford dealer.

Re: Ceramic coating

Ha ha...never overlook an opportunity to provide engine porn pics...:-)

I called them yesterday and they were very responsive to my inquiry. The price and turn-around time they quoted seems reas...

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well Tom, hope its a quick recovery. I couldn't go tonight anyway, have someone coming by after work today to hopefully take away my canoe and trailer.

Glad it all worked out Stefan. That thing is a beast, you're really going to enjoy it now... ..] Too bad you couldn't join us for the ride, it was perfect cobra driving weather and the route we took was one of my favorites. We drove along the river on SR13, drove through Tomoko State Park and stoppe...

Tom,

Was yours the only wagon with a big block? Funny that the Zephyr's PO parked right next to you. ..]

Re: Carburator adjustment Holley 4150

A quick update for you Avalanche... spent several hours today with Stefan and his beautiful brand new 10 year old Superformance. ..] We went through the carb and basically attempted to set everything back to "as delivered" configuration. Put in a brand new 4.5 power valve to replace the pl...

R.I.P. BlackJack

Tom,
Saw a post on Club Cobra with a link to the CACC site (Scott Harrison thread) saying that Blackjack passed away from apparent natural causes. Sorry to hear it, he was quite a character.
