Finally had a break in house and yard projects, so thought I’d get the GT out and continue sorting it. The motor starts and idles pretty well at this point, and the carbs seem to be reasonably well tuned at all RPMs. I’m getting used to the oddball shifting pattern, and the gearing.

Fini…all done! Should hold up far better weatherwise than the first one due to judicious use of Hardie board and whatever the stuff is that I got from my brother. Weighs quite a bit more (23 lbs) than the first one and about 1/3 smaller.
