Tom - Thanks for the pics, or shouldn't I say thanks to Kay for the pics? Sorry I couldn't be there, hope to make it to the next track day.

Any news about the DSCC's future? If Ed has to back away from leading the club, will it be as active as far as track days as it has been while he's been president?

Merlot,

Fun was had by all afro

I figured out my "quitting problem" which turned out to be a setting in the Holley computer that I changed a couple of months ago, where the amount of time for fuel flow after you let off the gas is adjusted. Of course I set it to zero or somewhere near that - which worked fine on the street. When the car is driven more aggressively it cuts off the flow so when I got back into the throttle more and more quickly, there was no fuel in the intake so the car simply quit. Naturally I didn't have the laptop with me to change that, so I kind of drove around it for the rest of the day.

Um, then the Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump failed. Again TickedOff Fortunately I have another to install today so this one will go back to Aeromotive to be rebuilt.

As far as Ed, he was there running the show - motor home and all  He and Rene and Robert (who was also there) are of course looking at employment alternatives really closely CoolSmiley I think they have a limited number of weeks (months?) before they have to get on with new locations and/or employers. We wish them all the best!

Hope to see you there next time Crazy2

Tom

afro Good pix Indy. Thanks Kay! I think you should buy stock in the company that owns Aeromotive. How many pumps is this now? TickedOff

Maybe you should consider going back to a carb and a low pressure pump. 10 years on my SW pumps and still working... :-P

Oh of these days I'll be able to afford to run my car on a track  .

Looks like a fun time had by all!

Tom, ditch the POS A1000 and get a Weldon 2015 (or 2025 if you need mega fuel).
